For those persons who have already established a successful business in another country and now interested in developing a new or existing business in Australia.

Investors

For those persons who have a successful business or investment career and a genuine interest in investing in Australian business, you may qualify to apply for a Business Skills visa.

Senior Managers

For those persons who are employed at senior management levels by overseas companies.

You may qualify for a Business Skills visa provided that you are genuinely committed to managing a new or existing business in Australia and have significant net assets.
